　　透過交響樂團、作曲家與指揮的心靈與視野，呈現台灣交響樂發展環環相扣、兼容並蓄的成果，傑出的作品需要優秀的樂團才能恰如其分的詮釋，而優秀的樂團也要有出色的作品才得以充分發揮，共同演奏出交響樂在台灣的動人樂章。

The Dialogue of Admirable Splendor and Profound Expression

　　The development of symphony Orchestra in Taiwan, through the knowledge and range of the Orchestra, composer, and conductor, has made great achievements, such as expanding repertoire, focusing on contemporary composers in Taiwan, and creating a state of compatibility for a great diversity of music styles. A great composition needs to be interpreted well by an outstanding orchestra; and, an outstanding Orchestra needs a great composition to bring its skills into full play. Through the mutual efforts by the Orchestra and composers, they present a touching story of symphony Orchestra in Taiwan together.
